Acquisition Broadens Sunvair’s Product and Service Offerings

Tulsa, OK, May 11, 2026… Sunvair is pleased to announce that it has acquired maintenance, repair and overhaul provider, Aircraft Systems. The acquisition increases Sunvair’s ability to expand the depth of the products and services offered to customers. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Aircraft Systems, based in Miami, FL, is a 145 FAA & EASA Repair Station with an unlimited Accessory Class I, II, and III rating, Limited Landing Gear and Limited Airframe Ratings. The company has extensive experience repairing and overhauling a wide range of aircraft components for commercial and cargo operators worldwide. They specialize in Hydraulic Accessories, Electro Hydraulic Accessories, Landing Gear Components, Mechanical & Electro-Mechanical Accessories, Electronic Accessories, Pneumatic Accessories and Airframe Components.
