Sunvair Inc., a leader in aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services, is pleased to announce the return of Bob Dann as General Manager. With an impressive career spanning over two decades in the aerospace and manufacturing sectors, Bob’s return marks a significant milestone for the company.

Bob brings a wealth of experience to his new role, having previously served as COO of Sunvair Landing Gear from 2000 to 2014 under private ownership, and as President from 2014 to 2016, during the company’s transition to private equity. During his tenure, he was instrumental in the successful transition of the company to new ownership under a private equity firm. Bob’s leadership was pivotal in overseeing the selection, contract negotiations, and modifications for Sunvair’s new facility, including the establishment of a state-of-the-art Plating Shop.

Most recently, Bob served as General Manager at Fortner Engineering & Manufacturing in Burbank, California, where he has been a driving force in operations for the past five years. Prior to that, he was Vice President at AMROC, Inc., and President at AH Metal Finishing, LLC, further showcasing his extensive expertise in the industry.
