Mingo Aerospace is a growing organization specializing in aviation component repairs. We are searching for a motivated individual to serve in the role of account manager.

Job Accountabilities:

  • Act as a liaison between the customer and various departments within the company, including production, shipping, purchasing, accounting, and engineering.
  • Provide the customer with accurate turnaround time estimates (TAT) and follow through with any delays. Monitor on time delivery.
  • Manage all aspects of part repairs from receiving discrepancies, quoting, processing approvals, closing out repairs, and invoicing.
  • Prepare quotes with price and lead time and provide them to the customer in a timely manner. Follow up and process approvals.
  • Maintain an open dialog to set customer expectations and stay in tune with the customers’ future needs. Send weekly status reports.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. Use database software to prepare reports and other documents. Quantum experience a plus.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in customer service work experience, preferably in the Aerospace industry.
