Sunvair Acquires Med-Craft, Inc.
Acquisition Expands Company Capabilities
Tulsa, OK, March 25, 2026… Sunvair is pleased to announce that it has completed its acquisition of aviation services company, Med-Craft. The acquisition includes both the Med-Craft and Med-Air divisions. Med-Craft, a family-owned business based in Miami, FL, has provided repair services and component overhauls to a range of customers for over 50 years. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
