Ben Nguyen is a founding engineering member of Mingo Aerospace, where he has grown from hands-on technical contributor to engineering leader. From the ground up, Ben established the engineering foundation that supports Sunvair’s portfolio of aerospace solutions. He has led teams through some of the most technically demanding challenges in the industry, delivering innovative solutions in reverse engineering and custom tooling design when conventional approaches fell short. His leadership is defined by his ability to unite cross-functional teams around difficult problems and drive results that improve both performance and cost. With deep experience working alongside the FAA, Ben ensures every solution meets the highest standards of airworthiness and compliance. Always looking ahead, he is now leading the charge in bringing emerging technology into the engineering process to improve reliability, efficiency, and problem resolution.
